Welcome to the Sam Houston Elementary Library Home Page. 

The library is open to all students from 7:40 am to 2:30 pm each school day. Students visit the library with their classes during specials rotations every six days. Students are also welcome to come to the library to exchange library books throughout the week with teacher permission. 

Kindergarten and first grade students may check out 1 book at a time, second grade students may check out 2 books, and third grade students may check out up to 3 books at a time. 

For lost or damaged books, replacement fees may be paid by cash in the exact amount or check made payable to Sam Houston Elementary School. Thank you for your partnership in helping us continue to provide great books for our students.
